We are looking for our next TEAM member! This position is located on-site at our Morristown, Tennessee location.

Position Summary

Collecting samples and performing quality inspections/testing of raw materials, components or finished product. Providing feedback to operations of potential non-conformances and analysis results. Documenting non-conformances, auditing lines for compliance to established operating procedures, work instructions, specifications and test methods.

More specific duties of the role are listed below:

Inspect raw materials, components, WIP and finished products against specifications. Performs various inspection/tests using testing instruments and gages. Calibrates minor instruments. Creates hold tickets (NCR’s). Assist with training. Record/Document work in accordance with GDP. Assist in troubleshooting defects. Performs basic computer functions (i.e. data entry: AX, Excel, etc…). Communicate with Operations of non-conformances identified and provide feedback of potential non-conformances.

Qualifications/Skills Required:

Ability to communicate with various departments. Detail oriented. Computer literate. Experience in a GMP regulated environment (Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, Food or the Packaging thereof – preferred). Experience leading Root Cause Analysis/Investigations

Education/Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance (not necessarily at Team Technologies)
