TEAM Technologies Appoints NEW Chief Commercial Officer
TEAM Technologies recently announced the appointment of Mike Perillo-Gentile to the position of Chief Commercial Officer. A seasoned executive with deep expertise in the medical device industry, Perillo-Gentile brings more than a decade of success in accelerating commercial performance, building global teams, and delivering sustainable growth through strategy, innovation, and execution.
In his new role, Perillo-Gentile will play a pivotal part in refining TEAM Technologies’ commercial pipeline concentrating on sales, marketing and the customer experience, focusing on expanding the company’s footprint across key markets and delivering value-driven solutions to customers in the medical markets.

Previously, Perillo-Gentile has held senior commercial leadership roles where he successfully launched a global medical market segment, built cross-functional teams, and consistently exceeded revenue targets through strategic market development. He also brings frontline sales experience and engineering and project management expertise to TEAM Technologies.

Perillo-Gentile holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and has completed executive education programs at MIT Sloan and Vlerick Business School. Mike is involved in philanthropic and sustainability efforts, including working as a business consultant for the United Nations World Food Programme in Zambia, Africa in 2019. He is also a recognized thought leader in the medtech industry, frequently speaking on topics including sustainability, innovation, and digital transformation in healthcare.
