TEAM is seeking a Financial Planning & Analyst Manager to join our team in Knoxville, TN. This position will be on-site at our Knoxville, Tennessee Corporate Office.

The Financial Planner & Analyst Manager plays a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making. This position works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights that drive informed decisions, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.

How will you contribute to the team?

  • Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, working closely with department heads and executive leadership.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and scenario planning.
  • Analyze business performance, market trends, and competitor benchmarking to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment between actuals and forecasts.
  • Support long-term strategic planning efforts, including 3-5 years financial planning models.
  • Monitor and improve financial systems, processes, and tools to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested by senior management.

What will you contribute?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in a mid-size to large company.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial planning tools is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in manufacturing preferred
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong project management capabilities
