More specifics about the role’s requirements:

TEAM is seeking a Production Data Clerk to work with our group in Morristown, TN. This position will be on-site at our Morristown, Tennessee Plant 2 facility.

The Production Data Clerk is responsible for accurately posting production data and conducting/ posting accurate, inventory/cycle counts within the assigned plant. The Production Data Clerk will report any discrepancies in production reporting or inventory counts to the Plant Manager and the plant Master Scheduler.

Specific Duties:

  • Review production sheets and post daily production in ERP system.
  • Review production reporting sheets for accuracy and resolve any major discrepancies in run hours, downtime and labor
  • Accurately post production data into the ERP system
  • Verify the accuracy of raw materials placed into the bill of materials in the ERP system.
  • Monitor receiving procedures as they relate to transacting materials into raw materials inventory.
  • Lead physical Cycle Counts and post weekly, monthly and quarterly into our ERP system as outlined in work instructions.
  • Perform daily physical counts on finished goods inventory
  • Verify and maintain inventory counts of raw materials and locations
  • Obtain inventory adjustment approvals if needed
  • Enter and post inventory counts into ERP system
  • Maintain production records and regulatory data as required under the quality systems.
  • Lead or participate in lean projects that improve inventory accuracy and/ or reduce inventory requirements.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills Required:

  • Excellent math and analytical skills.
  • General knowledge of inventory systems used in ERP systems combined with an understanding of material flow/ process requirements typical in manufacturing.
  • Proficient computer skill utilizing programs such as Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to write basic formulas in Microsoft Excel and proficient in all basic arithmetic.
  • Proven organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of staff.

Education / Experience Required:

  • High School diploma or GED required. Technical or Associate’s degree preferred
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred
