Territory Sales Manager – New England Area

ICP Medical, a division of TEAM Technologies, is seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our organization as a Territory Manager covering New England to include Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Maine. A Territory Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing our portfolio of products across hospitals and post-acute facilities in a defined geography.

  • We are seeking individuals with strong business acumen, energy, sales skills, and territory management abilities.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A thorough understanding of all products or services.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with key and prospective customers.
  • Time management skills to handle deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in sales servicing hospitals and medical facilities preferred.
  • Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
  • Overnight travel up to 50%-60%.
  • Job requires the ability to climb a ladder.
